How it works:
Buy the specific event weapon/headgear from the Refine NPC.
Start refining it to reach +8, +9, or +10.
If successful, trade/deliver the refined item to a GM to claim your reward.
Find the Refine Event NPC in-game (Temporary NPC currently uses Merchant Lv.10 Discount).
Hollgrehenn now announces successful refinement results
